This dish was named to get my little boys to eat them! They love to eat "cowboy" food! I like to serve these with cornbread.
Cowboy Beans
3 cans pork and beans
1 package hot dogs, sliced into coins
1 Tbsp. dry, minced onion
¼ c. barbecue sauce
Fry hot dogs in a bit of butter in a large skillet, until light brown. Add remaining ingredients and let simmer about 10 min. Serve with corn bread or muffins.
