Egg Noodles

My grandmother makes the best chicken soup on the planet!  The noodles are the secret ingredient.

Egg Noodles

Combine:
2 beaten eggs
4 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt
Add 2 c. flour to make stiff dough

Use lots of flour to roll noodles very thin and cut thin. They get fat and thick while they cook, so thin to begin is important! Boil in hot soup.

  1. If you don't want to make your noodles there are (in the frozen foods) some wonderful noodles you can just throw in thick and chewy don't remember the name...wish I had discovered them all those years ago. Penny
