Taco Soup

Taco Soup

½ lb. ground beef, browned
1 small onion, chopped
2 cans (14 oz) diced tomatoes (or 1 qt. blended)
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (15 oz) can corn
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
2 cups water

Put all ingredients in a pot and simmer. Serve over crushed tortilla chips with cheese and sour cream.
