Waffles

This is the recipe I rely on when I don't have buttermilk for Lana's Waffles.  It makes tender, nice waffles.  This batter can be used for pancakes too.  This is the size batch I make, but you can cut it in half or freeze the leftovers.
Waffles
2 c. milk
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Mix until smooth and cook in hot waffle iron.
