Black Beans over Rice

These beans are so yummy, so easy! Pictured here alongside Pork Barbacoa.

Black Beans over Rice
1 can (15 oz.) black beans (do not drain)
drizzle of olive oil
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 drops tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. cumin
salt
1 chopped, seeded tomato

Heat oil, onion and garlic.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10-15 min. Serve over rice.
