Loaded Oatmeal Cookies

This bar cookie is perfect for after school snacking! I love this one! A neighbor brought some of these down to us last year and I had to call for the recipe. Thanks for sharing, Jessi!

Loaded Oatmeal Cookies
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chocolate chips
1 c. butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. oats

Cream the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.  Add the dry ingredients and mix well.  Stir in the oatmeal, chocolate and butterscotch chips and nuts.  Bake in a bar pan (10x15) for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
