Kona Inn Banana Bread

My favorite banana bread.  Makes 2 loaves.

Kona Inn Banana Bread

2 c. sugar
1 c. butter, softened
4 eggs, beaten
6 ripe bananas, mashed (approx. 3 c.)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

With electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add bananas and eggs, mix well. Sift dry ingredients together, blend with banana mixture, but do not over mix. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 45-60 min. Cool for 10 min. before removing from pan.
