Elaine's Caramel Corn

For the 4th of July, we will sometimes get together for a movie party with family.  This is what we took to share this year.  It comes from my aunt, who isn't Elaine, but no matter, she knows a good thing when she tastes it and simply passes it on.  Me too.  This is really easy and makes tasty caramel corn. It makes a huge batch!  And this is the sticky kind, not the crunchy kind of carmel corn.
Elaine's Caramel Corn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. karo syrup
1 cube butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. water

Bring to a boil, stir until sugar dissolves.  Pour over 6 quarts of popped popcorn and stir until evenly distributed.
