Sour Cream Frosting

Use this on spice cakes, carrot cakes, or the yummy pear cake above. The recipe comes from a blog called Jamie Cooks It Up.

Sour Cream Frosting
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. sour cream, at room temperature
1/4 c. butter, softened
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine ingredients and beat 2 min. Adjust the sugar for spreading or pouring consistency.
