Quick Bread Tip

I have had trouble getting my zucchini bread to come out of the pan nicely.  Most other breads do so well in my stones, but this one gives me grief, so I recently tried this trick and it worked beautifully!

Spray your bread pans with cooking spray, then tear a strip of parchment paper approximately the same size as the bottom of the pan and line it.  After baking, let the bread cool enough to pull away from the sides of the pan, then gently shake, until you can see it loosen from the pan and invert. Pull the parchment paper away and you have a perfect loaf.  I think this will be really helpful when I am making bread to give away and I want it to look nice! You can use the same idea with a cake that you want to tip out looking nice.
