Davy Crockett Bars

I'm not sure where these bars got their name, but they make a quick, satisfying after school snack.

Davy Crockett Bars
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. quick cooking oats
1 c. chocolate chips
2 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients then add eggs, oil and vanilla.  Stir together.  Press mixture into ungreased 15x10 jelly roll pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 min. or until lightly browned.  Cool slightly before cutting.
