Beef Enchiladas

These are mild enough for my kids, but a satisfying combination just the same.

Jenny's Beef Enchiladas
8 flour tortillas
1 lb. ground beef, browned with
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can refried beans
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tsp. beef boullion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. water
1 c. grated cheese

Spread beans down the center of the tortillas, dividing them among all the tortillas.  Divide the ground beef the same way.  Roll the tortillas and place seam side down in a 9 x 9 inch square baking dish.  Combine tomato sauce, boullion, chili powder and water, and stir together.  Pour this over the tortillas and top with grated cheese.  Microwave 9 minutes, or bake at 350 until heated through, about 20 min.  Serve with shredded lettuce and top with sour cream.
