Milk Syrup

This is yummy syrup with simple ingredients.  Give yourself some time, it takes awhile for it to thicken. Try this on Gingerbread Waffles.

Milk Syrup

2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 ½ c. cream or milk

Combine ingredients in a saucepan (big enough for it to bubble up). Cook and stir until syrupy.
