Cheeseburger Pasta

The original recipe for this comes from a Campbell's Soup recipe booklet. I have made it for years, so it has evolved a little for what I generally have on hand. I usually serve it with biscuits.

Cheeseburger Pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
2 2/3 c. water
2 c. uncooked medium shell pasta
1 c. velveeta cubes

Brown beef in skillet, drain off fat. Add soup, water and pasta, heat to a boil, Cover and cook on medium heat for 10 min.  Pasta should be soft and most of the water absorbed. Add velveeta cubes, heat and stir until melted.
