I like this over Death by Chocolate cake.
Chocolate Ganache
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 Tbsp. butter
Heat cream and butter together until very hot, but do not boil. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Pour over bundt cake or cool, and beat until thick and creamy for a spreadable frosting.
