Chicken Tetrazzini

This one is a stand-by at our house.  My children always ask warily if there are mushrooms in it, and I always tell them, "Yes, but they are big and you can pick them out." (I love mushrooms!)

Chicken Tetrazzini
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
3 Tbsp. dried, minced onion
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 large can evaporated milk
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 lb. cooked spaghetti

Topping: 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Mix everything except toppings in a 9 x 13 pan.  Cover with cheeses.  Bake at 350 for 30 min.
