Porcupines

Named for the spikes of rice protruding from the meatballs, these are always a hit with my kids.

Porcupines
1 lb hamburger
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tps. pepper
1 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce

Mix hamburger, rice, 1/2 c. water, onion, salt, celery salt, garlic powder and pepper.  Shape mixture into 12 balls.  Cook until brown on all sides, drain.  Mix remaining ingredients, pour over meatballs.  Simmer 45 min.
