Ground Beef Stroganoff
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream
Brown meat with onions. Spoon off fat. Add soup and Worcestershire sauce and let simmer 10 min. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Heat through, but do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles.
