Cream Cheese Pie

My daughter brought this recipe home from her foods class at school and made it for us last night.  It is fluffy textured, and cheesecake flavored.  It would be a good one for any child old enough to operate a mixer to try, simple ingredients and quick preparation.
Cream Cheese Pie
1 graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container cool whip
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream

Using a hand mixer, mix softened cream cheese and sugar until well blended.  Add vanilla and sour cream and mix.  Fold in the cool whip and pour into the crust.  Chill for 2 hours.  Top with fruit or any other toppings.

I made this tonight for my brother and sister-in-law. It must have been a hit (we put on top fresh raspberries from our garden) because with only 4 of us eating, there is only about a one slice serving left. YUMMM!!!!!!!! This one I'm DEFINITELY making again, and I didn't put the sour cream in.
