Tradition and Hebleskivers

I make these only once a year, so this post has new pictures today.  They are wonderful and we love them, but the only time I have an hour to stand at the stove and cook them is when all the kids are home on Christmas break. It works out well then anyway, lots of hands to roll them in butter and sugar.  We eat them almost as fast as they come out of the pan!

I have ALWAYS wanted to try these but they make me nervous. Maybe I will just have to get brave. :)
