This is a nice, basic recipe. It makes a bunch! You can freeze leftover pancakes and waffles for quick breakfasts. Just toast or microwave them.
Pancakes
3 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 heaping Tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
3 1/4 c. milk
Mix together in order given and stir until smooth. Cook on a hot griddle.
