Hummus

Can we just say at the outset that it is hard to make hummus look good, much less photogenic?  At any rate, this one is a winner at our house!  Nothing more healthy for you to dip veggies or chips in, but we eat it because it tastes good.
Hummus
1 can garbanzo beans (15 oz), drained
1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cumin
1-2 cloves minced garlic (to taste)

Blend together in a food processor.  Refrigerate before serving.  Serve with tortilla chips or cut vegetables.
